Terms & Conditions

For Commissions:

By purchasing any of my artwork, you are agreeing to my terms and rules. If not followed I reserve the right to deny your request. Please read the following thoroughly and understand it before purchasing any artwork. If you do not understand any of the following, have concerns or just have a question, please note me, email me or contact me via Twitter.

Payment Information

Payments may be made through PayPal or with Deviantart Points. I only accept USD through PayPal.

  • Payments must be made in full before I start on a commission.
  • Do not pay me until I approve your commission request.
  • You may ask for updates throughout the process.
Process of Commissions

After I have accepted a commission AND received the full payment you can ask for update images.

  • You may ask for ONE major change before I start the coloring phase.
  • You may ask for THREE minor changes anytime you want.
  • Updates will not be given unless asked either in the current time, or beforehand. I will give one update per phase. (Sketch, Lineart, Coloring, Shading, etc.)
Commissioner

You may re-upload a piece you have commissioned me for. It may not be modified by another artist. You must credit me if you do re-upload it. Commissioners may use the artwork for any Personal Use. However, you may not use it for Commercial use at all, this includes selling items with the artwork on it, or selling the artwork itself. As a commissioner you retain the rights to your character, but not the the artwork itself. If you have any questions about where you can use my artwork or aren’t sure, contact me.

Artist Terms

By Commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service. It requires time and effort to complete a piece, please do not expect it to be done within a small time frame. If unspecified, the commission can take as long as needed to complete. Any commission that has a specified compleition date may be refunded or brought to the top of the list after 8 weeks. Copyright is held on my artwork, even if it contains your character. You may re-post the artwork, but I need to be notified and credited in the description. If you do not want your commission posted, let me know in your commission request. I will not make added funds off of a commission. I reserve the right to reject and accept any commission without any explanation. Please respect my artwork and my time as you would with any service. There is no schedule to when a commission will be complete, but expect it to take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for me to complete a commission.
